Chris Ochs and Rob Aptaker Tell Frightening Tales at the Parkland Community Library

October 22 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

The Parkland Community Library will host two wonderful storytellers on Tueday October 22nd at 6 pm.

Rob Aptaker will bring haunting tales from the Northeast Native Peoples’ traditions. Aptaker is known for his dramatic and respectful delivery of the stories of indigenous peoples from this area. Be prepared to hear stories to make you put your high beams on as you drive through our forests and farmlands at night.

Chris Ochs is new to storytelling but not to lovers of literature, puns and fairy tales. His stories skew towards macabre humor. Laugh and shiver as he spins his word magic.

Both tellers promise that the stories are suitable for family fare.

This event is free and open to the public.
