MaryAnn Paterniti

MaryAnn finds and shares unusual stories that surprise even folks who think they’ve heard it all! With an animated style of storytelling, MaryAnn delights even the most discriminating audiences, captivating them and keeping them entertained from beginning to end.
MaryAnn’s vast repertoire includes over a hundred age-appropriate stories for children, teens, and adults, and she has performed in schools, libraries, senior centers, hospitals, private parties, bonfires, festivals, colleges, for the women of the United Nations in NYC, and even in the swamps of the Meadowlands!
In addition to the Lehigh Valley Storytelling Guild, Mary Ann is a member of The Princeton Storytelling Circle and The Northeast Storytellers.
As an Early Childhood Educator for over 40 years, MaryAnn is adept at bringing music, movement, humor, and stories to make everyday fun! In fact, MaryAnn plays the African hand drum, the uke, and the harmonica and has been trained in the Music Together program for families.
MaryAnn lives in Burlington, Vermont.
